2025 - 2026 Summer Packet

Physical copies are available in front of main office starting July 31, 2025.

Our summer packet contains the following required forms:

● Emergency Card

● Migrant Education Program Family Work Questionnaire

● American Indian-Alaskan Native Letter Questionnaire

● Responsible Use Policy (RUP) for District Computer Systems

Rules concerning use of loaned computing devices

● Parent/Guardian Publicity Authorization and Release

All forms are required to be submitted even if your child does not qualify.

 

SUMMER PACKET RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

OPTION 1: Email your completed forms signed and scanned to: [email protected]. We value student privacy. Please be advised that transmitting student identifiable information via email is unencrypted. It is your choice to send through email.

OPTION 2: Drop-off your forms at our main office by August 8, 2025.  For a safer alternative, please submit by US Postal Service or drop-off in person Monday thru Friday,  7:30 am - 3:00 pm in the main office starting July 31, 2025, or during textbook distribution.
